Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer standard and expedited shipping options for UK orders and aim to use the fastest available service for international orders. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select.

  • Express Delivery: 1-2 working days
• International Orders:
  • Delivery times vary based on destination. Please note that customs processing may add additional time to your order.

Processing Time
We aim to process all orders the same day they are placed, but please note that we are a small team, and during busy periods, processing may take a little longer. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Duties
For international orders, please be aware that all customs duties, taxes, and fees incurred upon arrival in your country are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for any potential charges before placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Items
We are not responsible for lost or damaged items once they are in the care of the shipping carrier. However, please contact us immediately if your order has been lost or damaged, and we will assist in resolving the issue with the carrier. Our priority is getting your order to you safely and quickly.
